Mohammadi Faz noted, according to the principles of the CMR convention, you must cross the border line. In the customs laws, they said that transit is not a foreign territory, but in the definition of transportation, we have an origin and a destination, both of which are inside the country and require a bill of lading and our policy is not to use CMR convention in domestic transport.
Referring to one of the objections of the Khorasan Association regarding the payment of tolls, the Deputy of Operations and Transit of the Road and Road Transport Organization stated, according to the law of goods that are transited from the country, the transiting company must pay the duties, but the Khorasan Association considers it as double duties, but according to the opinion of the legal deputy, these duties are not considered as double duties.
He emphasized, If a company has not paid the transit fees, it has committed a violation and this violation must be dealt with.
Mohammadi Faz stated, based on Article 12 of the commission and according to the law on dealing with traffic violations, the violations of the transport company are handled by the traffic organization according to Articles 11 and 12, including the violations of the driver and domestic, international and passenger transport companies.

Mohammadi Faz pointed out that the transportation of goods to Turkmenistan has been supported, because the Iranian fleet was being removed from the traffic in Central Asia and added, this decision was made in line with the support of the national fleet, because when a company got a visa and invested billions of tomans and agreed to go to Turkmenistan to take the goods to Tashkent and earn currency for us, as a road organization, we must consider all aspects and fulfill our duty in supporting transport companies and drivers.
The Deputy of Operations and Transit of the Road and Road Transport Organization noted, according to the law, international transport companies were required to have a technical manager, and although the organization was required to do so, Â it was legally justified during negotiations in this regard that there is no need to have a technical manager and we removed this requirement.
He continued addressing the managers of the transport companies, you don’t have a technical manager, but the technical responsibility of the car that enters Iran from abroad is yours and it must be safe, because safety of borders and roads is important, the trucks that enter from the west of the country are technically healthy, but the technical condition of the fleet that enters the country from the eastern borders is not favorable.
