According to Total News, Farhad Sepehr Nia considered Asian countries, especially China, the UAE, Iraq and Azerbaijan, as the target countries and said, despite Iran’s sanctions and the lack of an international account number, shipping companies move foreign currency amounts with huge costs and stress. After moving somewhere, there is also the possibility of blocking the amount, its return and the commission fee of intermediary companies and these costs and problems cause the loss of competitive rates with companies in neighboring countries.
The CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Sobhan Tarabar Asia Company considered the issuance of night directives as one of the reasons for the failure of the transport company’s plans and added, one of the reasons for the progress of the private sector, especially in the field of logistics in neighboring countries, is the issuance of expert circulars annually, which provides the possibility for private sectors to plan based on it. Unfortunately, logistics companies in Iran cannot make any plans because the expiration date of the circulars is not known.
Referring to the role of intelligentization in transportation, Sepeher Nia said, “the important and vital thing of intelligentizing the transportation field in order to improve the infrastructure requires the use of the opinions of experts in the transportation field.” Sometimes we witnessed this in a series of smart programs, the presented plan, due to the lack of provision of its infrastructure, its executive order is issued immediately. This lack of coordination slows down the process of transit, export or import. Sometimes we even see that those who set up a smart system, have no faith in it and after some time, they go back to the traditional era and paperwork.
CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Sobhan Tarabar Asia Company, while requesting the government and officials to save the country’s logistics, said, as an international transport company, we expect support from the government. It is necessary for the government to provide its infrastructure and expert opinions before taking any decision and issuing a circular. If there is no proper infrastructure, heavy losses will be incurred in the field of transportation and logistics, which will cause the discouragement of private sector employers, closing of companies and retrenchment.
In the end, he pointed out, in order to save the country’s logistics, the support of the government, the use of the experience and opinion of experts in this field is needed.
