According to Total News, quoted by ISNA, Amir teymor Mousavian said, the amount of production exports in 2023 increased by more than 100% compared to the previous year, and the total amount of exports with merchants increased by more than 300% during this period.
Director General of Mining Industry and Trade of Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad province said, cement clinker, cosmetic products, licorice extract, plant extracts, summer fruits, vegetables, fish and carpets were the main export goods of the province during 2023.
He stated that in 2023, non-oil products of the province were exported to Germany, South Africa, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iraq and Switzerland, added, during this period of time, the largest export volume of the province was to Kuwait, which amounted to five million dollars of cement clinker exported to this country.
Mousaviyan stated, during 2023, due to the lack of necessary infrastructure in customs, we did not import goods to Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces.
Director General of Mining Industry and Trade of Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad province said, in 2023, the province’s non-oil exports in the production sector increased by more than 100%, and in the merchants and production units sector, they increased by more than 300% compared to 2022.
He stated that the province’s non-oil exports for this year in the production sector have been targeted at 10 million dollars and 30 million dollars in total, added, Germany, South Africa, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Republic of Azerbaijan, Iraq and Switzerland are the main export target countries of Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad province.
Mousaviyan said, due to the registration of cottages of export units by the customs of the province, the increase in the issuance of business cards and marketing of merchants, as well as finding new export targets for the non-oil export of Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad provinces during the year 2023, such growth has been witnessed.
Director General of Mining Industry and Trade of Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad province said, exports of production units of Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad province amount to eight million dollars.
