During his career in this industry, he worked alongside great people such as the late Hassan Parviz, Majid Tehrani, Farideh Mashkouh, Hossein Khojandi Moghadam, Saeed Zabarjodan, Gholam Ali Dalili, Yunes Javid and Fatemeh Moghimi. A member of the board of directors of Armin International Transport Company, referring to the non-issuance of visas by European countries, said, one of the biggest problems for transit drivers is obtaining visas, which, unfortunately, does not hold meetings with the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the embassies department and the lack of serious follow-up has caused the drivers of this industry to wait for a long time to receive visas.
Jahanshahi cited the facilitation of customs affairs as a factor in saving time for goods clearance and added, parallel work in customs formalities in Bandar Abbas, determining the nature at that customs and repeating it at the customs of the destination causes a lot of time to be wasted in the process of goods clearance, warehousing and naturally stopping the truck at the border.
With regard to improving the quality of X-ray machines in Bandar Abbas, he stated, currently, there are three X-ray machines in Bandar Abbas Customs, and most of the time, due to their failure, we face a long queue of trucks to pass through the X-ray.
This veteran of the transportation field called the role of currency fluctuations in export and import challenging and said, because most of the transportation receipts and payments are in foreign currency, it is necessary to equalize the currency in order to deal with the stagnation of exports and imports to prevent its future challenges in this field. The best way to avoid this challenge is to eliminate administrative formalities and facilitate foreign transit affairs.
Jahanshahi considered the use of the capacity of experienced people and veterans of the transportation industry as one of the progress cases in this field and added, the role of the association in international transportation and customs meetings is becoming weaker and this issue should be strengthened.
He continued, in order to stabilize the position of the Association of International Transport Companies of Iran, continuous meetings should be held with relevant organizations and ministries.
