Explaining the management structure, service delivery path, issuance of investment and economic activity licenses in his respective region, which are issued in the form of management unity by the Anzali Free Zone Organization, he added, attending the Moscow Invest Show exhibition is a good opportunity to draw the new horizons of economic cooperation with the public and private sectors of Russia are considered for the Anzali Free Zone, and among this, the diversification and expansion of relations with the special economic zones of your country, on the part of this organization as the designated free zone of Iran’s free zones in the field of relations on the agenda with the Russian Federation.
A member of the Board of Directors and Anzali Free Zone Organization,  regarding the support mechanisms of his respective organization for new businesses, said, allocating offices, reducing licensing fees, including company registration, assisting in the import of raw materials and parts, facilitating the export and marketing process are among the most important support programs of this organization  from technological, innovative, knowledge-based companies and start-ups.
Roman Mikhailovich, Executive Director of Dubna Special Economic Zone welcomed the establishment and development of relations between his respective region and the free zones of Iran, especially the Anzali Free Zone, and said, Dubna Special Economic Zone has been operating since 2005 in the field of technology and new businesses and has good opportunities and fields of cooperation with Iran’s free zones.
He evaluated the signing of the memorandum of cooperation as a good opportunity to explore ways to expand and increase relations with the free zones of Iran and the Anzali free zone and added, joint investment and cooperation in various fields of technology and support for innovative companies between the two entities can become a new model of cooperation between the two countries.
Therefore, the report of the memorandum of understanding between the Anzali Free Zone Organization and the Dubna Special Economic Zone, after the consultations that took place in the last few months, it was signed at the end of this meeting between the CEOs of the two regions, which consists of 4 articles and 8 clauses and will last for one year.
Cooperation in the direction of expanding and diversifying exchanges and improving the level of cooperation between the two countries by taking advantage of the capacities of the two regions; Cooperation in the field of supporting knowledge-based companies and technology parks; Introducing capabilities and investment opportunities to the target community and its beneficiaries; and finally, cooperation in the field of holding exhibitions and business events in order to make the investors of the two regions more familiar with the capabilities of the other side is one of the most important axes agreed between the Anzali Free Zone Organization and Dubna Special Economic Zone.
It should be mentioned that in this meeting, the economic deputy of this organization and the Russian managers were present, both sides reached an agreement regarding cooperation in the field of introducing knowledge-based companies of the region and Gilan province to the Russian side and companies active in that region, especially to this organization, as the first order on the operationalization of the memorandum and then visited the active industrial and technological units in Dubna Special Economic Zone, which is located on the outskirts of Moscow, the capital of Russia.
