Tips for a safe travel with your pet
Nowadays, pets have gained a suitable place among families and in other words, they are considered a member of the family, and their popularity is increasing every day, so that most families with these lovely creatures, even when traveling, try hard to take their companion on a trip with their family so that they can enjoy the trip too.
Of course, in this way, they often encounter problems, the most important of which is a lot of stress for the animals, among them is the creation of great fear and anxiety, and sometimes the occurrence of shivering, nausea and vomiting. On the other hand, due to the legal prohibition of animals being free inside cars and public roads, problems arise such as impounding the vehicle and heavy financial and moral fines.
To solve these problems, it is better to follow the provided scientific and legal solutions so that such encounters occur less. In order to prevent stress and nausea, in consultation with the veterinarian, half an hour before departure, a sedative such as acepromazin (acetyl promazine) should be given to the animal (1 to 3 mg per kilogram of body weight) until the animal stay calm while traveling and don’t stress and worry.
